WIP - Novakid Foomi

This has been the toughest of the Starbound toys, but after a few failed attempts (thankfully I had some extra Foomis), I've finally found a look that I like.  Instead of just glowing, I wanted the look of moving, crackling plasma.

I need to add some dimension to his Omega brand, and he'll get the novakid western-style clothes.
